Rumours say an official of the company Kixeye study the decision to remove the new TITAN from War Commander game, following widespread criticism of players.
When introducing the spectre, as you see most of Kixeye official videos they never thought players will fly it around and around the enemy bases and reduce the damage taken to it. So Kixeye found Titan also will be a bigger problem than the Specter ever was.
Nothing to wonder as Kixeye failed to fight with the Cheaters, cheaters will get maxed upgraded Titan with their mini accounts and will flatten the bases with few seconds and then instantly heal it.
Without some base defenses in the upcoming months no one can survive from the Titan. Because new customized Elite Warhawks which has both air and ground attack plus its drones will come to escort the Titan. If it is hard for even high level players to defend against it in the event waves, how about when it piloted by an experience player? If someone adjusted base to defend against the air attack he will easily be flatten by Elite Mega Tanks.
Kixeye could earn lots of money from players due to the Spectre, but it also cost some good players abandon the game and half of the rest reduced their loyalty to Kixeye. The same effect would happen due to the Titan but this time what happen if more good players abandon? Most decent coiners are busy people with their job so they want to keep their bases without repeated flattens. No one like to get friendly bubble every day and hiding their own shells.
If the Titan take off it will cause another problems because some players already coined to upgrade it. If it would be removed Kixeye must have to refund the cost of those players spent and eXP points.
Is it true some says Bert Mc Girt has been demoted from the Kixeye CM post and moved him to another section as he failed to handle the customers from repeated complains about that Spctre? I'm sorry about Bert as finally he was punished due to the stupid decisions of top guys of Kixeye.

DeleteYeah totally agree with it, with the new Titan(Shield's Helicarrier) Spectre is good binary also Kixeye should have start to progress a new air unit DEATH STAR or atleast Eclipse-Class Star Destroyer. And a problem with Titan, it's so slow and low range, also does less dps than a mega tank so they should troll its stats atleast %200 so it's can merit it's 150cp space in air platoon.
Deletethe real issue with titan is, there is no real defense against it. I'm a level 36, and it's not as if I got that level by watching others play the game. if they can't come up with a defense against the titan....a lot of players, including coiners, will quit the game.

It's bad enough that one's base is live and ready to be bubbled 24 hours a day but to make all systems in a base stop after one pass ofthis ghing... it will drive away a lot of players. DeleteKixeye failed to do many things, mainly deal with customer (both paid and free playing) complaints and issues. They keep making the same mistakes with EVERY event to date, Last years event was a total disaster and to stop people complaining Kixeye were giving away 55K of XP points like it was candy.
ReplyDeleteThe cheating is rife and so far nothing has been done, as soon as they ban one account they have another dormant account ready to keep on cheating (I might as well start cheating as well, if you can't beat them, join them springs to mind). Players are being banned for stupid reasons and never explained why or what they were being banned...saying you cheated is such and sad reason.
Constant lag (specially during an event or thorium drop), flash crashes, players being stuck at 99%, if you open a ticket and they find out you live outside of US (UK) in my case they try to make you run all sort of checks to pass the buck onto your ISP, funny how players from US having the same issues isn't it Glitcheye? Saying that The issues I was experiencing with flash crashes was happening only in WC, I played Battle Pirates (another Kix game) for four hours and not once did I experience falsh crashing (had bit of lad but reloading the game cured that), again funny that. I think this is because WC is the more expensive game when it comes to repairing your troops so this makes more money for them...hmm why fix it then?
Events are far too frequent, not giving enough time for players who don't coin upgrades to level their units and get some use out of them before either being nerfed it or some new coming out, events become so hard players have problems passing stages, resources got harder to harvest for necessary upgrades and repairs from attacking said rogues are heavy on the platoons, so you end up having less resources for upgrades and need to harvest more rogues giving you more repair time/less oil/metal for upgrades (vicious circle and one Kix is very well aware of but simply don't care). Seems to me all they want is gold.
Just one look at the forum under "Community Support" to show you the issues players are having every day, This game and company is becoming a joke, of every sector.

(there are others but don't think I can write them here)
I think everyone who spent coin (no matter how much) in the last week needs to open an dispute with PayPal and Facebook to get the money back for simply unfinished and unpolished product which is War Commander.

This is something that will never happen if they wouldn't even try to remove the Titan they will be hit with a civil suit that will cost them millions of dollars players did not just work to get the Titans most players had the coin to get it and like me I coined to level it up, mine is on now level 7. I will not accept them just returning my gold coins because that means that I would have to spend it only on there game so they would get all the gold that they gave us right back. And plus it would cost them nothing to give players gold it is free for them it is there game, you would have to hit them where it hurts in there pockets I would have to get my money plus interest for time lost not gold an I would be the first one to file a civil suit

ReplyDeleteEvery business reaches its pinnacle of success and then spirals down until it is in bankruptcy. I believe that Kixeye has reached its pinnacle and will be like the Death Star that fizzled out. Who wants to invest time and more than likely a little cash into their base and then have some 14 year old kid who has hack codes come in and level him. The spectre was too much, yet it was based on something similiar in real life. The titan and weapons like it, Viper, Titan, Valks, and other fairy tell items will doom kixeye.

ReplyDeleteI'm level 36 in the game, I alcanse get the specter and the titan, but the particular opinion that the titan is very destructive and very few units will cause further damage to that effect should work to improve anti aerial unit that allows for damage to the titan. The next problem is that Kixeye they escaped hands and today there are a large number of cheaters using hacker and can get the units you want to level as they wish without having to participate in an event which discourages many legally players involved in this game

ReplyDeleteEasy Fix to Titan and Spectre Problems Kixeye. Just Arm Raptors to do what they really do! Air to Air Superiority at Lvl 13! If you could base 3 of them on your base for Air defense you would not have to worry about Spector or Titan! Think about it! Easy Fix. Also a SAM (Surface to Air Missle) Could take care of it also. Don't over think this guys. As far as the Cheats Ban them like you are doing. Another thing would be nice if we could exchange Thorium, YP Points, Gold, Metal and Oil Depots with friendly players a a common market, instead of losing them.
ReplyDeletewe spent coins to either get to level 50, in order to get the titan which I did because I did not have the spectre. Then I coined up to level 4 so I could start getting titan to level 14. So, sorry Charlie if your base will get bubbled by it, now u know how it feels.
DeleteI think kixeye is doing ok as far as the game goes. But you guys really need to sort the bugs out before building a new event I.E constant disconnections after taking a thor depo or rogue and platoons not healing when you leave the game are just a few of the things i have put up with during the last event...plus one more thing.. When you bring out these new toys, its ok to put them in the event so players can see what they are capable of, but PLEASE PLEASE save them for the higher levels of the event... and if you do insist on bringing out these all dancing all singing toys at least think of the lower levels that play the game that wont be able to defend against it so how about a unit that can counteract this new toys........... oh and the other thing these cheaters and hackers obviously you ban them from the game. but like everyone else they will just get another account under a different name... so heres an idea how about banning the ip address instead... after all every computer has an IP address and that as far as i know can not be changed .......

Another thing that needs to be logged is the purchase of the new super units, like the spectre and titan.
A little logic code that says you have a spectre or Titan and your base does not have the resource capacity to build it, your banned, no questions asked. This could be an automated audit of accounts pulled at random why the game is running.
There is ways to combat this, and kixeye needs to start telling facebook, they cheating pages for war commander will be shut down now or else they will lose the cash cow that War Commander is.
Don't tell me facebook can't they ban racist, and political pages/groups they do not agree with.
Well I will say this I am a lvl 33. I stoped playing for 8 months @ lvl 27 when the hellstorm was most popular. when I finaly logged back on 3months ago the events were a lit harder. Ididnt get much. So Iwaited for next one during christmas holidays and was last chance to get specter I gave it a good effort but stuck at 42. Noticed they had a infamy and medal program to unlock sp units so I went to a war to help got about 300 medals and was bubbled 30 plus times by the spectre. well on the last event I spent my medals on special ops and about 75$ in gold to make it to lvl 55 in 2days because i work a hectic schedule. I got the Titan its my first unique item i don't have e megas or flam trucks realy don't have any real godd units mainly erm and rhinos and evalks hellstorms that are lvl 11 IAlways worked on defense now I have a offense.

ReplyDeleteIt's been awhile since anyone has remarked on this but I do want to say this: Taking the Titan away would not be a good idea. I think Kixeye has handled the problem well by having the new commander center and the blitz to defend our bases better against air and ground units. With making use of the workshop, there are many units now that are awesome to work with and players are happier. As long as the balance with offense and defense stay in check, players will be happier and stay with the game. As of right now, I think Kixeye has addressed the past problems and only wish it was sooner. I have been watching long time players slowly coming back as these changes seem to be working!!
ReplyDeleteIm sick of Kixeye creating new super weapons, and then removing them before I am strong enough to get them. Just follow real life procedure - someone creates a super weapon - the opposition creates a super shield to counter it. For game play just make better use of your levels. I am sick of being pounded upon by titans. by someone who is only a level higher. Make better use of xp to separate them. And reduce the benefit of attacking offline players. Your AI is not nearly good enough to tackle a live player.
